Cristina Mercado, Practice Manager

Cristina was born in Guadalajara, Mexico and was raised in the San Gabriel Valley. She has earned her Medical Assistant diploma as well as an Associate of Arts degree. Cristina joined PCMA as office manager in 2005, bringing with her over 10 years of experience in the medical field. Cristina spends her precious free time with her large extended family and shopping. She lives in Lake Balboa with her husband and two daughters, but considers all of PCMA's families part of her own.

Maria Valencia, Billing Representative

Maria is a native to the San Fernando Valley and was born and reared in Canoga Park. She started her career as a Medical Assistant and was then promoted to be our Billing Representative. She has over ten years of experience in the health care field and has been with PCMA longer that any other employee. Understanding that finances can be a source of stress for anyone, Maria is a wonderful and reassuring resource for our PCMA families. She lives in West Hills and is surrounded by lots of love and attention from her three boys. She enjoys shopping for purses and watching the kids of PCMA grow up.
