Hours of Operation

Our Encino office is open Monday through Friday excluding holidays from 9:00 am until 5 pm. We are closed for lunch from 12:00 noon until 1:30 pm.

Our Santa Clarita Office is open on Mondays from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm. We are closed for lunch from 12 noon until 1:30 pm.

Our Lancaster office is open on Wednesdays from 9:00 am until 11:00 am.

Missed Appointments
If you miss an appointment or are more than 15 minutes late, please contact our office (818) 784-6269 to let us know.

Contacting your cardiologist

If you have a question during non-business hours, call our office (818) 784-6269 and leave a message with the answering service. If you need to speak with your child's cardiologist, ask that they be paged and your cardiologist with return your call. Keep in mind that your cardiologist may be at a hospital, in surgery, or performing a procedure that prohibits them from returning phone messages right away. If your cardiologist is simply not available, one of the other cardiologists will return your call. We do not employ nurses to answer our calls so you will always receive a call from a board certified pediatric cardiologist.

Cancellations

We oftentimes have families waiting for appointments for their child or newborn, so please be courteous and give us at least 24 hours notice when cancelling appointments.
